Nadia Bender
is the owner of Toronto-based Fitness that
Fits. Her mission is
to motivate and guide you to a healthier lifestyle through fitness, nutrition
and self-awareness – developing a customized approach that fits YOU!
I have been guiding women and men of all ages to
achieve their fitness goals since 1997.
I
am certified as a Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS) and a Fitness Instructor
Specialist (FIS) through Can-Fit-Pro (www.canfitpro.com). I am also certified in First Aid and
CPR. I am an experienced corporate trainer
and facilitator with a track record for successfully coaching and motivating
employees and senior management to peak performance.
I am passionate about fitness and
dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

coaching & motivational coaching to help you achieve a healthier

Fitness Boot Camps provide a balance between
pampering yourself & pushing yourself.
They include physical exercise, guest speakers, discussion and
demonstrations on healthy lifestyle topics, beauty tips, body image makeover,
as well as the pampering you deserve. |
Regular
scheduled group classes for adults that will challenge you physically,
motivate you to exercise and allow you to build regular fun activity into
your healthy lifestyle. |
A word about safety:
Programs will be geared to your fitness
level as much as possible. Please
monitor how you feel during any fitness activity.
We recommend you wear light-weight
clothing and proper footwear is mandatory.
All participants will be required to
complete a questionnaire and to sign an Informed Consent and Release form prior
