Our Instructors are all experienced and certified professionals. Their goal is to give you the class that you
want – please offer feedback and comments to let them know if you are enjoying
the class – so that we leave you breathless & smiling!
A word about safety:
Programs will be geared to your
fitness level as much as possible.
Please monitor how you feel during any fitness activity.
We recommend you wear light-weight clothing
and proper footwear is mandatory.
All participants will be required
to complete a questionnaire and to sign an Informed Consent and Release form
