More than just
an exercise class, fitness boot camp will take you to that next level of “healthy” you’ve been striving for. Come prepared to help others as they help you
to face the challenge of building a better you.
Each camp has a limited enrollment and you will quickly feel a sense of
community develop in the supportive environment. A balance of physical challenges and
emotional support; build self esteem, self confidence and a stronger, fitter,
healthier you.
Fitness Boot
Camps aren't just about pushing your physical limits; the program combines
active therapies for both the body and mind.
The different components of a camp ensure you receive all the
benefits of a healthy lifestyle, including: challenging workouts,
demonstrations on proper technique, guest speakers/group discussion on various
lifestyle topics and expert health and beauty advice to help you create the
best version of you.
The series of
12 sessions is spread over 4 weeks and starts with baseline assessment and goal
setting. Regular monitoring of progress
will help you to see the hard results.
The guest speakers can include a nutritionist, chiropractor,
esthetician, life coach, hairstylist, fashion consultant and of course fitness
expert.

A word about safety:
Programs will be geared to your
fitness level as much as possible.
Please monitor how you feel during any fitness activity.
We recommend you wear light-weight
clothing and proper footwear is mandatory.
All participants will be required
to complete a questionnaire and to sign an Informed Consent and Release form
